Confess: As Jesus said: “Be wise as serpents and harmless as doves.”  I am OBEDIENT to God’s Word & know what is RIGHT & what is WRONG!  It is easy when I compare others with God’s incredible Word! - P. Rick

WORD 4 Today 8/29: FINALLY: They have no intention of living for our Master Christ. They’re only in this for what they can get out of it, and aren’t above using pious sweet talk to dupe unsuspecting innocents. Romans 16:18 MSG

Confess: Wisdom will REVEAL TRUTH.  These people have NO INTENTION of living or serving Jesus.  They only want what THEY CAN GET out of it.  I will PRAY for others not to be DUPED by their devious schemes.  - P. Rick

WORD 4 Today 8/28: For such persons do not serve our Lord Christ, but their own appetites, and by smooth talk and flattery they deceive the hearts of the naive. Romans 16:18 ESV

Confess: My APPETITE is to CONSUME God’s Word & SERVE the Lord!  These people DO NOT serve God.  They promote themselves & their insatiable appetites.  I am not NAÏVE but WISE & AWARE!  I compare them to God’s WORD! - P. Rick

WORD 4 Today 8/27: CONSIDER: Such people are not serving Christ our Lord; they are serving their own personal interests. By smooth talk and glowing words they deceive innocent people. Romans 16:18 NLT

Confess: Those who CAUSE trouble & division ARE NOT FAMILY!  They are NOT SERVING JESUS & are only PROMOTING THEMSELVES!  Ultimately they DECEIVE & DESTROY!  I will MARK THEM & AVOID THEM! - P. Rick

WORD 4 Today 8/26: One last time: Brothers and sisters, I ask you to look out for those who cause people to be against each other and who upset other people’s faith. They are against the true teaching you learned, so stay away from them. Romans 16:17 NCV

Confess: When people’s FAITH gets UPSET by others I will take note of them & KEEP MY DISTANCE from them.  I WILL NOT allow them to POLLUTE MY FAITH!  I am LOVING & FORGIVING but wise enough to KEEP MY DISTANCE! - P. Rick

WORD 4 Today 8/25: One final word of counsel, friends. Keep a sharp eye out for those who take bits and pieces of the teaching that you learned and then use them to make trouble. Give these people a wide berth. Romans 16:17 MSG

Confess: I need to LISTEN to this vital ADVICE!  I will LOOK OUT for those who MAKE TROUBLE.  My commitment is to STAY AWAY from them COMPLETELY!  I will not take up the OFFENSE of others & be OFFENDED as well! - P. Rick

WORD 4 Today 8/24: Now, it is my desire, brothers, that you will take note of those who are causing division and trouble among you, quite against the teaching which was given to you: and keep away from them. Romans 16:17 BBE

Confess: I do NOTICE those who bring trouble & division in the midst.  The loving thing to do is KEEP AWAY FROM THEM.  Otherwise I can be INFECTED  & AFFECTED by them! - P. Rick

WORD 4 Today 8/23: And now I make one more appeal, my dear brothers and sisters. Watch out for people who cause divisions and upset people’s faith by teaching things contrary to what you have been taught. Stay away from them. Romans 16:17 NLT

Confess: I know the LOVING thing to do with those who STIR UP TROUBLE & CAUSE DIVISION is to STAY AWAY from them.  I will not promote relationship with them until CHANGE IS EVIDENT!  That is the LOVING THING to do! - P. Rick

Confess: It is not EMBARASSING to EMBRACE other believers.  We ARE FAMILY!  We are PART of the FAMILY of God!  I will always be loving towards other believers.  After all I am COMMANDED to love them as Christ loved the Church! - P. Rick

Confess: Wow it is amazing to know that GOD PICKED ME to be His very OWN!  And He will lead me to INFLUENCE others for Jesus as a SPIRITUAL PARENT!  Amazing! - P. Rick

Confess: Even if members of my family are IMPRISONED for their FAITH I will count it ALL JOY to SUFFER for the NAME OF JESUS!  They are OUTSTANDING & BRING GLORY to God!  Amen! - P. Rick

Confess: I will always be GRACIOUS & APPRECIATIVE to others who were saved before me.  Even I I have to go to PRISON for my faith in Jesus I WILL REJOICE for that PRIVILEGE! - P. Rick
